Hello, I’ve recently returned to work p/t and it’s really been challenging. I’ve felt anxious, unconfident and generally questioning every aspect of my new role, even though my role is much more junior than I’ve previously done.
Anyone else has a similar experience?

I'm sorry to hear you're going through it at the moment. Returning to work after a break is a daunting experience, everything is new and it's so easy to feel intimidated and overwhelmed by it all. Imposter syndrome is a real thing (I've been there, returning to work part-time after being off sick for 8 months)
But you *can* do this. It's just a question of getting used to the new role and system and finding your confidence.
And with my EXI hat on - a walk before work is a great way to get energised and a walk afterwards is a great way to shake the day off!
I believe in you! Anxiety Annie can get in the bin!
