hi I’m Roger

I’m looking to loose weight and become fitter. I will be 75 years old in September. My hobbies photography, gardening and anything to do with wood.

Hi Sarah

I’m carrying on weeding my garden all be it at a slow pace. I would love to spreed myself up but my left knee will not let me today I walked my dog for a short while whilst my wife did some shopping.
