unable to get into the EXI app, anyone else having problems, been glitchy all week but now completely locked out

Hello, we released an update at the end of last week - it looks like something was missed during testing. We'll look into this first thing Monday! Thanks for letting us know.

I too can’t access the app, been nearly a week now. So I’ve emailed for.

I installed it Sunday morning onto a fully up to date iOS handset. All appeared to work. It stopped working by Sunday evening, I tried again early Monday and it worked briefly and has stopped again at 07:45hrs.

Looking at the behaviour of the app itself the problem is not with it, but the backend where it connects to.

I am guessing that the "update" refered to elsewhere, is not with the App but the backend and it is down in some way.

UPDATE: no news from EXI but the App now connects to the back end system as at 11:45hrs if that helps.
