Keep getting messages from Axi to log details I am unable to do as I don’t have a tape measure, scales, BP monitor etc etc.

is there anyway to inform Axi to stop?

I’m afraid there isn’t, why don’t you copy what you’ve already entered for the time you are away, you can always get back on track once you get home
