I have just done my first workout. .gentle cardio .God it was so boring..6 repetitive rounds of 5 or 6 exercises an 80 year old could do! They could have least made the 2nd half something different not a repeat of the first 3 rounds!Not impressed!

I absolutely agree - I feel like it’s all too easy and want to push forwards faster but have to accept the benefits of building up to a more challenging routine. Slow and steady wins the race - keep up the good work

It sounds like this particular video isn't for you. EXI is designed to help people of all ages with a wide range of health conditions and abilities. We do include exercises an 80 year old could do, because we want our 80+ year olds to be able to get more physically active too, of course!
Any activity that works for you and gets your heart rate into the right zone is fine with us, it doesn't have to be any of the videos we provide. But if you do find one that works for you, that's brilliant and we'll be delighted with whatever activity you incorporate into your day!
