Did you know that walking is a brain booster? Studies have shown that people think more creatively when walking than when sitting, especially when they walk outdoors. Other research has also shown that the brain’s structure can be changed by small amounts of walking done regularly, and regular walkers perform better on cognitive tasks when compared to a control groups of non-walkers.
