How to get help for EXI

Hi Everyone, I hope you're having a good week!

There are a few ways that you can get help if you have a question or a problem when you're using EXI -

1) You can post here, and we will reply to you, but we won't be able to check into your user account if you have a specific query.

2) If you click on your Profile Picture in the EXI app and scroll down to "Submit Feedback" you can send a query directly from the app.

3) You can send an email to [e-mail]
