unable to login

I don’t seem to be able to get any help with the EXI app.

I can’t log in, when I pick forgotten password it takes hours for the system to email me the confirmation code, by with time the app has logged out and I have to start all over again, I’ve not been able to log in to the app for nearly three weeks now.

can anyone help please?
