used the EXI app a couple of times now and although the program is ok, when connected to my Apple Watch the calories I am supposed to have burned are ridiculously high!! 30 min low intensity = 6001 calories burned! Think not… Prior to doing the apps workout I had a hiit training session with a CrossFit trainer for 45 mins and only burned 345 calories. Obviously a flaw with the app, Even doing a road ride in the peaks for 4 hrs I couldn’t burn 6001 calories, please can admin fix this issue.
