I had a code to add so my personal trainer can track what I’m doing couldn’t seem to be able to do this tried to delete app and start again incase I missed the place to do this but I had no luck in doing so

Hi Bugslife360, thank you for getting in touch, if you are able to email me at info@exi.life, I can help allocate your EXi account to your correct code. If you could provide me with the email/organisation that you are trying to link your account too, followed by your email address that you have signed up to with EXi that will be really helpful.

Hi I had a similar issue. A Representative from EXI contacted me on here and resolved. I’m sure someone will see this and be in touch. The problem is once the app is installed no option to add a code. I’m sure this will be changed I’m a future update.
