Hi Satya, thank you for your comment for discussion. I absolutely understand not feeling heard when addressing some issues. I'd recommend a dietician or health professional specific to the type of pain you are suggesting. Otherwise, persistence is key and I'd say always go back to your GP if a pain is persistent.
If any chronic pain can be addressed through exercise, then you're welcome to continue using EXi to help manage your pain, discussing the app with your GP can also show them that you are implementing activities and it is something they can help manage remotely.
