I think your local continence team may be able to loan you some devices otherwise you will need to purchase your own.
Local continence?
Yes every area has a continence service you can be referred to and they may be able to loan you an alarm and help with the issues your children are experiencing.
Consultant told me to try here, no mention of any other charities or support

I am not sure if this is near you oxleas.nhs.uk/services/serv... If not you will need to purchase your own, it is common for that happen unfortunately, but there are plenty of affordable options out there. have a look on the Eric website for recommendations.
