Problems going

I have a 4 year old daughter and every few weeks we'll go through the same process, she'll have a few good days where she goes regularly and then we have days and days of nothing.

She hasn't had a bowel moevemt in over a week now despite a maintenance dose of lactulose every day. As well as warm baths and tummy rubs and exercise to see if we can get something moving. She's grouchy as hell. She has a varied diet and things, I feel its possibly more a case of the mind as she knows it can be painful when she doesn't go regularly.

I'm just looking for some help, I intend to make her a doctors appoint ment in the morning.
