3 year old daughter won't poo

Hi all im new here my doctor told me about Eric site so here I am my 3 year old daughter has a phobia of pooping shes on cosmocol but still holds it in walks on her tip toes and clenches her bum cheeks together trying to stop it saying she doesent want it to come out to the point where she poos herself i honestly dont no what else I can do or try -_- thank you for reading

Hiya, have a read of other posts on here because there is so much good advice. I would up the cosmocol gently- maybe half a sachet every two days. You might need to get up to 6 or 8. It will get messy but basically the poo needs to be soft enough so she can pass it. Lots of drinking as well, hot baths, exercise can help stimulate the bowel. Sometimes Senna alongside cosmocol can help as well. Good luck x

Hi yeah im still working my way around and reading some really useful stuff she currently has to have cosmocol 3 sachets a day as her phobia is that bad she also has to have lactolos mixed with it aswell the doctor has said she will be runny for a few months thank you Xx
