Witholding

My 5year old hasn't gone to the toilet since Sunday.

I think he's withholding again.

We went through a disimpaction for 3 weeks about 3 weeks ago, never got to rusty tea.

He's always been fine doing a poo, then out of the blue he started soiling, so on advice of Dr started Movical and did the disimpaction.

Really unsure what to do next now- do we disimpact again? Will we need to keep doing this? Do we need tests for allergies, scans of the bowel etc...

As I said he never used to have an issue going to the toilet, so I don't know what has caused all of this.
