Hello, I bought a dri sleeper eclipse for my 6 year old son but everytime we try to use it it doesn’t set off the alarms even though his pants are soaked in the morning?
We test it by touching with metal before he goes to bed and it works fine but even if I run it under the tap after getting it out of his wet pants it does not go off?? We wrap it in 1 sheet of toilet roll as it says in instruction
Any suggestions appreciated

We sell the Dri Sleeper here at ERIC and we asked our customer service team who are knowledgeable about bed wetting alarms about your question and they said - Do you know when you purchased the alarm as the sensors exhaust -also you need to pair the alarm with the sensor. All of the instructions are in the booklet that would of been included with the alarm.
