Right pain

Hi my son is 8 and has been on movicol since he was 6months old and he has also been on sodium pic a sulphate for the pass 2 years. We are under the hospital but since Nov every now and again he gets pain in his right side and we end up in hospital. But all tests come back clear just thinking now could it be a blockage and he needs a clear out he is on 12 movicol a day by the hospital

My son tried sodium pic and after the 2nd dose hours later he was screaming in pain, cryong. I thought it maybe his appendix The gp said it was the sodium pic and we stopped it and never had any issues again with pain and went onto senna.

Hi try and change the sulphate to senna. Yes u lb will get stomach cramps but shouldn't get any other pain.also tell your gp with side pain.bless him.
