Hi all I have two children that are still having accidents there ages 8 and 11 and was just wondering what help I can get with this as I go through so many mattress, bedding and constantly washing all your advice would be very great full thanks x

Hiya - I am 15 years old and suffer with this myself. Have you been to your GP? I would also suggest trying maybe a bedwetting alarm you can get these on amazon.

Waterproof sheets and waking them at 10pm for a wee? Restrict fluids for an hour before bedtime. See GP and get referral to local continence team. Keep a diary in the meantime, this will help the nurses see the pattern. Good luck x

alarms can usually be borrowed from continence team - vibrating buzzers or noisy ones. Maleme is the one we have x
