After years of soiling it can get better

Things can get better. A few months ago I posted about the 13 yr old who had come to stay with us. He had been soiling since he was 5 and as a foster carer who had never dealt with soiling I really had no clue. I wanted to let people know that after 2 disimpactions and some hard work on his part he has been accident free for over 6 weeks. We are stable on 4 sachets moviolas and reducing suppositories lowly. I asked him what it feels like to not have the worry of soiling and he said FREEDOM. It really can get better.

That is really encouraging to hear as my 11 year old daughter has soiled her pants since she was 6. We have tried disimpaction in the past more than once and moviol. But it’s always quite traumatic x
