Do cock rings work?

ExtradordinaryMan profile image

In what situations is a penile constriction ring (cock ring) effective? Are sexual and emotional stimulation required? Is the ultimate time limit of use 30 minutes?

I use one. It's called Xialla. There are two loops. One for my cock and the other goes around my balls. Even though I use Trimx, without my ring I can't maintain an erection. I can still get aroused easily enough but my equipment doesn't work the way it use to. The Trimix and the ring get me where I need to be for penetration. I've heard about not leaving a cock ring on for longer than 30 minutes but we have gone at it for over an hour. We stop and change positions over the course of the hour but I never take the ring off until we are finished. I have had no harmful effects from leaving it on that long.

Greetings,

I have used a cock choker before and after my prostatectomy awaiting both preserved nerve bundles to "awaken" and observed one MAJOR thing and I speculate the following: After injection time of the Rx you are using I believe that it's VERY IMPORTANT TO KEEP PRESSURE withyour finger with alcohol swab on injection site for the recommended five minutes. Once in haste, I injected and just wiped injection site and started to proceed BUT after putting cock choker on the after the session noticed a block and blue (like a black eye) at the injection site. Logically it seems the blood EXITED the gland at injection site (under additional pressure from cock choker) via the not fully cosed "injection site"

Hi Tewks,

How much Trimix is coasting you in $?

Is it covered by insurance?

After my RRProstectomy 2017 and SRT + Firmagon 6 months 2019 I don't have enough erection for penetration.

Can I buy Trimix online without a prescription?

Thanks for sharing your experience.

Ralph

Hi Ralph,

You need a prescription for Trimix. I'm on Medicare and Trimix is not covered. It cost me $125 including shipping. I can use it for about a month and a half. They say to discard after 30 days but it lasts longer.
