I like the Vacurec pump from Bonro. You size the restrictive donut to your penis girth, and since it draws the penis into the vacuum chamber their is no snapping like the “rubber band” type of ring. You can google on line for further information.

If veinous leakage is your problem, your best solution my be a device called a Giddy. This is what I posted on HU the other day:

I ordered a Giddy when it first was announced. I think I saw it first here on HU. It took forever but I finally received it. I like it. Fifteen years ago I was good with 50 mg of Viagra. That worked for me for a couple of years. Then I had to use 100 mg for several years. Seven years ago I had to go to tri-mix. Each year my dose was getting larger. Then I got the Giddy. By itself I cannot get an erection. But, with 50 mg of Viagra my erection is the hardest I've had since I was a teenager. I now understand the problem I have had is called veinous leakage and Giddy solves that. It presses on the dorsal veins (they are on the top most part of the penis) without squeezing the sides like a cock ring might. So blood can flow in and not flow out. But, I need a small amount of Viagra or tri-mix to start the blood flow into the penis. If veinous leakage is not your problem, Giddy may not work for you. I hope this helps.

BTW, somewhere in that timeline I tried a pump but the erection was nothing like a normal erection. I gave up on it.
