We have added Live Chat as another way to seek help and advice from Epilepsy Action.

At Epilepsy Action we have trialed 'Live Chat' and we are pleased to say it has become a permanent offering.

We offer live chat support from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. We aim to respond to live chat requests within a few minutes.

During our trial 96.4% of respondents said they were happy with the advice and information they received. epilepsy.org.uk/live-chat-b...
