Over 400 seizures, effects of epilepsy medication, numerous hours just LOST! Surely there must be SOME way of recovering SOMETHING there?

I 've had juvenile myoclonic epilepsy since I was 14, I'm 66, all those memories lost, some sort of meditation, just to gain something I've lost over the years, side effects of some of those more 'dubious' medications, this is commonplace with people with this condition. Like a laptop memory I'm about 64 mg, trying to remember lifetime events, the pained looks from friends and relatives as I remonstrate "I can't remember"😣 There are millions of people in this position, has ANYBODY found any sort of success in bringing back anything in their memory fields? I'm getting old now 'natural' dementia has clawed itself into my brain, surely there must be SOME sort of hope for the future generations?
