I wrote about my auras… just today had an aura/absence seizure whilst making tea. Lost control of the kettle and burnt my thumb it’s burning so much now 🙈

Get to see a neurologist asap. That could happen again and cause you a hell of a lot more pain.

I’ve stopped seeing the neurologists a long time back. After years and my tablets increasing etc

I know it sounds a bit corny, but try a couple of neurologists, ask around, try to find one with a bit of intelligence, like GP's your first 'choice' might not be your best?
