Only happening 3/4 days before my period

Doctor calls it a seizure. I only have one 3/4 days before my period and most of the time it’s at work. I space out, walk around, do the most random stuff that you could think off. But because I work in a supermarket it’s starting to get embarrassing now. I need some advice if I can do anything to calm it down. Or for my work friends to know what to do with me when happening
