My tablets keep me up all night till and morning, till 6/7 is it bad 2 take my tablets early I take them at 6 and night ones at 8 does the time make a difference
Hi It sounds like you might benefit from talking to your neurologist, epilepsy nurse or even your pharmacist about whether you could alter the timing of your medicine. There is a general rule that if you take two daily doses of an epilepsy medicine, it’s best to take them as near to 12 hours apart as possible. But do ask for advice before you make any changes.
Also the NHS website has some really useful information about dealing with sleep problems. nhs.uk/live-well/sleep-and-... That may help too.
