I’m lucky, I get 8-12 hours warning via specific prodromal symptoms (absences, tired, confusion, dehydration, diarrhoea ) run my own office based business, don’t like driving, live in a city, have had a full life and my wife is great but ...Lamotrogine doesn’t seem to be working for me yet..quite a lot of people seem able to manage seizure with notice re relaxation, concentration techniques and wondered if there was more info on this , have tried sleep and drinking more water. Any suggestions welcome, as I’m getting fed up waking up in A&E and scaring my wife!
