I get very specific prodromal symptoms 8-12 hours before my grand Mal seizures,I’ve had 3 seizures in last 9 months after being clear for 22 years, any suggestions how/if I can prevent the seizure?

Sorry to hear this and in the same boat just now but in my case it came through taking gmethotrexate. Now no licence and stranded
I have emergency add-on medication call Clobozam which I can take if I think I am going to have a seizure. You could talk to your dr about something like this, maybe?
