Thank you for the information, which is helpful for those in U.K. Regrettably, not everyone can buy a kindle article/booklet for the small price requested, i.e. those in other countries. It would be helpful if the odd free one could be downloaded for others interested.

Thank you for your feedback. Our advice and information booklets can be accessed in a variety of ways. For people who are unable to download it to an e-reader, we make it possible for them to print the information directly from the advice and information section of our website.
