Anyone have that 'aura' feeling in strange places time and again

In suffer extremely mild epilepsy . Just becoming more aware that when I'm out in large indoor places like shopping malls, train station I tend to 'feel' an aura, like my head is full of pressure I suppose the best way to describe it.

I never then have a fit, just feels like its a possibility

Hope that makes sense! :-) just wondering if people have similar experiences. To be honest may not be epilepsy related, but seems like a good place to start here

Yes you our not alone. I don't do we'll in large crowds or small places anymore. The pressure feeling with me sometimes turns into shear panic. It is frightening but I have no way off stopping it other than avoiding these places which is not always possible. Another thing with epilepsy you learn to live with.
