Especially with trileptal

Epson salts are good if you are on trileptal as it lowers your sodium levels sometimes dangerously low its supposed to be around 130 to 135 mine was 124 at one point my Dr told me to try taking a 20 minute bath with Epson salts to keep my sodium up. I ended up in hospital with low sodium twice it can kill you.
