Hi Molly I know exactly what you are going through! Don't let it interfere with a normal life! wear flat shoes and aquire a companion!..

Don't follow my example of buying a push bike and pedalling 25./. 40 miles at a time!!?.(unless you enjoy being in the back of an Ambulance and Going to A&E 70% of the Time??

Bash on Molly! give em 'Hell'

Hallo, Molly, are you still having your balance problems? Sounds awful. You know there are local groups that might have friends who could go out with you - the Epilepsy Action website has lists, and these have meetings where people with epilepsy can meet and chat. And through one of those I found out that I was entitled to a free bus pass because of my epilepsy, which has helped me get about now that I can't drive, and a railcard that gets my wife a third off her tickets as well. Things like that have got me mobile again. You;'ve probably been told all that by the local agencies but just some thoughts in case, once you've got a bit of help to get out of the house. Lie eu004 says, don't give in!
