Hi: Hi, I'm Lyns and I suffer from... - Epilepsy Research...
Hi
Hi Lyns. I am new to this forum writing and can't reply often as have to go to library for internet. So apologises for the long wait.Have you recently been diagnosed or is it something you have lived with for some time?
I am slowly processing what all having epilepsy means (previous acquired brain injury, makes me a bit 'slow on the uptake'). (New to me)
It has seriously restricted my life at present, but am hoping the Lamotrigine will help, but am fortunate for living in a largish village with amazingly supportive people. The library is my 'day centre'. In a way I am on a health course, learning about this condition and I enjoy learning, and secondly I am able to cope with all these weird seizures by getting interested in the condition.
I best finish otherwise I'll be boring you, Take care.
