My name is Aime, I am a 45 years old daughter, mother, lover, grandmother and Epileptic. I was diagnosed about 13 years ago, and I have definitely had my ups and downs. But all any of us can do is live IN THE NOW, the present. When we think about the past, we are doing that, in the now. Or daydreaming of the future we also do that, in the NOW. Oddly enough we refer to NOW as "THE PRESENT" so it must be a GIFT. It has been trying, to adapt to the challenges that come with possessing an illness that doesn't have a "FACE". Hope to hear from y'all and have a great time getting to know other Epileptics.
