Hi , I a on ESA , work group as I scored fifteen points , I have been on it for two years , I have put in a appeal to go in the support

Group , my court date is on Tuesday I was just wondering what happens after if I won or lost, thanx

Sorry i cant help on this as i work but i rekon you would be able to appeal if you lost and if you won well happy days good luck :-)

Hi if you are going to court it has to be a higher appeal, if not you may be able to appeal later. If it is the higher court appeal you will not be able to appeal but put in a new claim for ESA with the help of the CAB. there needs to be some change in your condition for you to re apply but look at your life on a daily basis and see how your illness affects you, including things such as depression are you able to do things that other people your age and condition do. Before re applying I strongly urge you to speak to a benefits specialist at the CAB. Good luck
