Hi there liljaks

I take 400mg Carbamazepine at night 30 minutes before I go to bed (to help with night seizures and loosing bowel control) - with many other Epileptic medications for the day time. - yet I can only say what has been prescribed for me with regards to vitamins on a 28 day repeat prescription:-

Folic Acid - 1 a day.

Multivitamins - 1 a day.

Thiamine 100mg:- 1 a day.

Vitamin B Compound:- 1 a day.

I honestly can not say this reduces any side effects as I take these in the morning - yet I certainly notice the difference if I do not take them on a daily basis - become edgy - tired and forgetful and eat/ drink less.

I would like to be of more use to you over this! Maybe I have?

Care and Wishes your end.

My daughter is 8 and takes natures plus animal gold multivitamins. They don't help with the tiredness she feels but I am convinced that all the trace minerals are good for her brain function.

Before you take anything, check with your neurologist first that anything you may want to take is ok.

As your query above, I currently take Vitamin B. Co Forte on a daily basis (morning x 1), and then MenaCal7 which is a Calcium supplement (taken at night).

MenaCal7 is a Calcium supplement with Vitamin D3 and MenaQ7. This formulation works synergistically to ensure an optimal intake of three key ingredients which may assist in the prevention of Osteoporosis and Arterial Calcification.

Vitamin B. Co Forte definitely helps me with energy during the daytime!

Speak to your neurologist also before you take anything!
