Its unlikely that you needed a blood tranfusion during your laparoscopy. Its a minimally invasive procedure and if had had a bleed and required a transfusion, you would have been in Hospital for a number of days and they should've informed you on discharge. I would suggest contacting the Hospital and asking them to clarify by checking the op notes in your medical records. Hooe that's helpful!
