I had a pelvic/abdominal MRI scan in January, I’m currently on the surgical pathway for my 4th surgery, I had a call from the hospital this week as the consultant has requested an MRI scan of my chest as well.

Im just wondering whether this has been requested as part of the diagnostics or if there are suspicions that I have thoracic endo also.

I am asthmatic and suffer with occassional shoulder tip pain. but no other symptoms.

I have posted for advice on Facebook groups but haven’t received any replies

The only way to know really is to ask. Assuming you are at an endo centre I’d contact the nurse.
