Zoladx and Adenomyosis?

I started Zoladex injections as treatment for Endometriosis in July and they have eased some pain but not nearly enough.

In August I paid to have a private ultrasound and the gynaecologist said there was scaring from Adenomyosis. Since then and after doing some research I have realised that a lot of the symptoms and type of pain I am having is probably Adenomyosis., e.g. sciatic pain, scraping feeling and so so bloated. I also read that Adenomyosis causes unexpected discharge which I have been having in buckets (sorry for that image ) but whenever I mention it to a gynae they just said it was normal.

What are your experiences with Zoladex and Adenomyosis?
