Does anyone experience “lightning crotch”? It’s a horrible name; accurate in description. Sudden, excruciating shock from seat area going up

Oooh yes. It's this that started me off looking into my problems. It sometimes feels like someone left a spike on the seat when I sit down!

Ditto to pretty much every comment above 😖 worse when sitting but get it when standing too - worse around periods & ovulation.
