When going to the gp for a referral to a BSGE centre do they automatic refer you to the closest one to where you live or can you ask to be referred to a certain on.
(I have already had an ultrasound which shows 3 cysts which she is 95% that they are chocolate cysts this was done by a private gynecologist).

It really depends on a few things, where in the UK are you as I think the rules in Scotland and Ireland are different to England and Wales.
Based on England, you can be referred by your GP. As most appointments are via choose and book so you'll likely only be able to book with you closest one or two depending on your area.
But if there is one you specifically want to go to that is further away you can ask! However that does not mean that they will accept the referral as I have heard that some are not taking patients from out of area due to long wait lists etc.
