Possible endometriosis but not sure!

Hi everyone, writing on behalf of my daughter. She has been diagnosed with ISB but we are not convinced it's that. Symptoms are weeing a lot, constipation, diarrhoea at times. Recently she's having a lot of pelvic pain, periods have changed heavier and spotting in between. Tired all the time. The pain has got worse and now doesn't go away ,worse around period. What do you all think?

Hiya Linda sounds like it could be endometriosis or adenomyosis they all say IBS first keep fighting to see a gynecologist they should do more tests I have the pain all day everyday it's horrendous I feel for her xx
