Hello, I'm new here and i need some help. sorry it's long! I don't know what else i can do.
I have stage 4 endo, had 2 laps. my most recent one was 5 weeks ago 07/12/18. 3 weeks ago i had crippling pain in my right side. Got admitted to hospital for suspected appendicitis. Stayed 1 week in hospital, had numerous tests and scans done and it wasnt my appendix. Got discharged with painkillers and told to rest. Last week the pain got very intense again, went to my boyfriends local hospital and they thought it was my appendix, got admitted AGAIN, the same scans and tests done and it is still showing NOTHING!! I've seen 2 different teams of gynea and surgeon and no one knows what is causing my pain. i suffer with bad depression and being in this constant, crippling pain is getting me really down and i just want to give up. i cant keep going on with this pain. Any suggestions on what i can do?

Have you seen an endometriosis specialist or was it a general gynaecologist? Did your laparoscopy involve the endometriosis being burnt off or excised, as this can make a big difference to the success of your surgery. If you have deep endo and they burn off the top layer it often doesn’t do much for the ongoing pain. Also maybe the intense pain is caused by ovarian cysts but have burst by the time you get scanned. Just my thoughts, but maybe a specialist will have more answers for you.
Hi, I can relate in that I had my lap 11 days ago and the last couple of days I have had intense pain in the right hand side of my abdomen-I’ve just taken tramadol which has dealt with the worst of it, because I felt like I’d be told take the painkillers the doctor gave you you’ve just had an op. Appendicitis crossed my mind. I agree with the reply above- you could well also have had a cyst burst. Don’t give up-persist with gyne/your GP and explain how it is making you feel. Help will come xxx
Hi so sorry you going through this. I've been having this pain for 4 years. Dr still don't know how to treat me . Currently taking Zolidex injection every month but still having pain in my right side Ribs . I'm tired of talking pain killers. I'm trying to get Another lap done I heard endometriosis can attach it self to other organs
