Took our puppy for a walk over the forest yesterday. Was out about an hr, went home and did the house work, wanted to get it all tidy for when I go back to back tomorrow and then followed by some mummy and daddy time to see in the new year. Well I am in agony today. I can't move without feeling like my stomach is being pulled apart and even sitting still I feel like I have metal spiky poles shoved up my front and back (😖). Nothing is helping, I hate exercise, cleaning and sex. 😩
