Does anyone keep a endo-paindiary, and what info do you put in it.

Yes!! Swear by mine. I use / for pain and no meds, x pain needing meds then a dotted droplet for spotting and a properly droplet in a solid line for bleeding. Surprising how use I get to it all, as today is day 19 (of April) in endo pain and bleeding/spotting 😫.

It was only when my gynea saw my diary she decided to do a lap as she previously just said it was IBS

I have actually been thinking of also adding a number for a pain scale .... haven't got round to that one yet
