Progesterone only pills for endo make hypothyroid worse?

Hi, I have been on progesterone only pills for 2 months now to treat endometriosis and in that time I have been suffering with an increased amount of aches and pains, very dry hands, hair falling out and fatigue. I am taking Levothyroxine (100mg and 75mg on alternate days) to treat the hypothyroid which has helped in the past but before I started taking the mini pill. All the old symptoms have returned since taking POP. I thought the aches and pains + tiredness could be because I have developed fibromyalgia but I am beginning to think it's a sign my hypothyroid is getting worse again. Anyone else with endo and hypothyroid had the same problem on progesterone only pills?
