I've been on medical leave from my employer for a while now...and I am struggling with getting Long Term Disability approved... It's been a harsh battle, and I am on my second 'denial pending further information'... Anyone have any success or similar battles?

I haven't, but I'd recommend making an appointment with your local Citizens Advice Bureau who can provide advice and support in this area. My friend has ME and is having issues with her employer after being off work for 5 months, and she's just been to see CAB.

Thank you so much @SparklyT... I'm not sure I have something like that available to me in Canada...But I'll certainly be checking into it.

Check the definition of what a disability is classed as. I've done a quick google search and found this which you maybe interested in 2.3 ohrc.on.ca/en/policy-and-gu...

I'm from the uk so not sure how it will work for you but can you ask why it's been declined and try to provide the evidence to why they maybe wrong? Good luck
