ive been told its where i will be coscious through sedation whilst they complete a procedure using laproscope to determine the areas within my pelvic area and womb that are causing the most pain to plan the next plan of action as extensive surgery so far has not worked at keeping me pain free for long within 12 months im back to square one after excision from my womb bowel and kidneys (suffer with endo and adhesion and andometriosis presently) but i havent recieved much info so dont know if it will be key hole or if i will not have to have any cuts for this procedure?

I have same as you so send my sympathies. But have never heard of this procedure - sounds horrendous.Hopefully someone else will be able to advise?I am not medical, but cant see how they can view inside of abdomen without at least one keyhole cut.Can view womb vaginally.
