Has anyone had problems with walking and ur knees start to shake and u end up needing help to walk so fed up been in bed from Friday xx

Hi,

I have had the same thing this week, its like my knees suddenly cant handle my movements and they feel shaky and weak, I have to sit down and rest but its very frustrating, especially when i need to get things done :(

I get this quite a lot but I have M.E so not sure if mine is related to endo or not. Sorry for the rubbish and unhelpful reply.

I get this all the time in my knees and hips. I have something called Ehlers Danlos type 3 also known as hypermobility syndrome. If you have this it makes you 4 times more likely to have endo! Might be worth looking it up. I see a physio on a regular basis and have to do knee stabilising exercises to help x
