Yes, it can be very effecive although much more is needed to rebuild the damaged immune system. Understanding the root cause of the problem can be a beginning of return to health.

"The Glyconutrient Sham" in the Oxford Journal Glycobiology. Plenty more on the internet debunking "glyconutrients"...which is a word dreamt up by marketeers. Just so you are aware of other information out there.
